Universal Rumble Seat™ Passenger Seat by Great Day®. Color: Black. Dimensions: 30"h x 48"w x 16"d. UTV Owners, take a couple of friends on your next trip afield in your utility vehicle. Most off-road utility vehicles only provide for comfortable and safe transport of two passengers. With the addition of either of Great Day Rumble Seats you can comfortably accommodates two extra adults! The Original Rumble Seat frame is constructed of 1", heavy-duty aircraft aluminum and finished in a deep powder-coat of black enamel. It features super-soft, cushioned pads covered with 600 Denier PVC coated polyester. The total weight capacity for the UVRS100BL is 300 lbs.

The Original Rumble Seat features safety belts and quick-detach brackets that allow instant installation and removal to accommodate changing needs. Also included are safety straps to insure bed stability. When the safety straps are installed, any bed tilting function is disabled.
The UVRS100BL is compatible with most UTV's with a bed size of 30" x 30" x 12" or larger and must be mounted facing the REAR of the UTV only.

WARRANTY: GDI warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months on ramps/12 months on all other products from the date of original retail purchase. GDI warrants its hardware (where applicable) is delivered to be free from physical defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original retail purchase.

REPAIR PROCEDURES, EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: GDI will, at its option, repair or replace products not conforming to this limited warranty at no charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available for breach of warranty or under any other legal theory with respect to GDI products.

LIMITATIONS: This warranty is void if the product is damaged by improper or abnormal use or by accident; if the product is altered or modified in any way other than those directed by official GDI instructions; or if any attempt is made to repair the product without authorization from GDI. It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the suitability of these products for each particular application. GDI products are in all events not suitable, and are not authorized, for use in any situations that might pose potentially injurious to life and health, other than those situations that the products are intended for. This warranty is not assignable.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES: Except as provided in this limited warranty, the warranty card supplied with the GDI ATV product and user manuals are provided “as is”. All other warranties and representations, oral or written, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and do not apply. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. Except as required by law, no representative, agent, or employee of GDI is authorized to make warranties, representations, or obligations inconsistent with or in addition to those set forth in the limited warranty.

NO DAMAGES: In no event will GDI be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty or under any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will GDI be liable for sums in excess of the purchase price of the product. GDI is thus not liable for lost profits or goodwill; downtime; damage or destruction of items or equipment used with or in conjunction with GDI products; personal injury or loss; or any damages.

GENERAL: (a) This agreement is the entire agreement between you and GDI; supersedes any prior or different agreements, representations, or proposals; and may be changed only by written agreement with GDI. (b) Waiver by any party of any default or breach of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or breach of the same or different kind. (c) The invalidity of any portion of this agreement shall not affect the validity of the other provisions hereof. (d) This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A.
