Kali warrants for the original purchaser of the Kali Protectives product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following specified periods:

Helmets - 1-year warranty
Pads - 2-year warranty

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of the defective products with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Kali Protectives. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. In no event shall Kali Protectives be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages for the personal injury, property damage or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.

This above warranty, or implied warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear on parts
Modifications for the original condition
Use of the product for abnormal, competition and/or commercial activities or for the purpose other than those for which the product was designed
Damage caused by failing to follow the product user manual/instruction
Paint finish and decal damage resulting from taking part in competitions, jumping, downhill and/or training for activities or events or as a result of exposing the product to, or operating the product in severe conditions or climates

Important

No helmet can protect the wearer against all possible impacts. The helmet is designed to be retained by a strap under the lower jaw. To be effective a helmet must fit and be worn correctly. To check for correct fit, place helmet helmet on head and make any adjustments indicated. Securely fasten retention system. Grasp the helmet and try to rotate it to the front and rear. A correctly fitted helmet should be comfortable and should not move forward to obscure vision or rearward to expose the forehead. Please dispose of helmet at the end of service life. Contact your local waste disposal company for correct disposal. No attachments should be made to the helmet except those recommended by the helmet manufacturer. The helmet is designed to absorb shock by partition destruction of the shell and linder. This damage may not be visible. Therefore, is subjected to a severe blow, the helmet should be destroyed and replaced when it shows obvious signs of wear. The helmet should not be used by children while climbing or doing other activities where there is a risk of hanging or strangulation if the child gets trapped whilst wearing the helmet. The helmet is designed to protect impact caused by collision of head with an obstacle while cycling or roller skating.
