Maier uses a proprietary thermoplastic olefinic elastomer (TPO), specifically designed for applications. This high-impact polypropylene alloy delivers a high-gloss finish with strength characteristics capable of enduring extreme weather and temperature conditions. Maier plastics are UV-stabilized, resistant to chemicals and available in a wide array of colors and films. Additionally, company works with an array of other plastics, including ABS, Acrylic and Polycarbonate.
Maier® has been vacuum forming custom and O.E.M. replacement plastics for the Powersports Industry since 1972. In addition to manufacturing own brand of products, have also produced products for some of the biggest names in the industry, including O.E.M.s Polaris and Arctic Cat. With in-house tooling and mold making capabilities, have also branched out to make products for customers outside the Powersports Industry, including names like Cabela's.
