Demon Powersports uses 4340 chromoly steel to build its axles so as to attain the optimal strength-to-weight ratio. Heat treated components ensure longer service life and added strength. CV boots are manufactured from thermoplastic polyester elastomer resistant to punctures and temperature extremes.
