Warranty

HiPer warranty obligation is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined by physical inspection of any warranty claim product by its engineering department, for the period identified in the lists below and will begin on the date of the retail purchase by the original end-user.

Warranty Coverage
HiPer warrants this product to be free from material defects for a period of (1) year and free from workmanship defects for the period of (30) days from the date of purchase. Should the specified product be determined and/or deemed defective, HiPer will, at its expense repair or replace the specified product.

Limitations of Warranty
Repair or replacement of any product by HiPer is the sole and exclusive remedy. Claims or credits for new products will not be accepted, and bead-loc rings are strictly not covered by any warranty. This warranty only applies to products determined and/or deemed defective by material or workmanship failure. HiPer is not responsible for products that are bent from improper use or have cosmetic damage in any way.

Note: This warranty is void if it is determined that any other manufacturer's specified use requirements were not implemented or maintained correctly per each manufacturer's requirements. (i.e. air pressure, tightening/torque values, correct fasteners, etc.) It is the owner's responsibility to refer to and review the owner's manual for all proper operational requirements. As with all performance products there is no specified time frame for continued and successful use of any component.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
