Product Details
Universal ATV/UTV Waterproof Electric Winch with Steel Cable (77-50112BW) by Mile Marker®. Pulling Capacity: 3,500 lbs. Voltage: 12V. At less than 21 pounds, the Mile Marker PE3.5 (es) winch for ATVs boasts top-of-the-line recovery speeds and an impressive 3500 pounds of pulling capacity. Fully-sealed, submersible, water, mud, and snow proof, the PE3.5 (es) includes a 7/32” x 50’ steel cable, a roller fairlead, a hook, corrosive-resistant, and a handheld remote control and a handle bar mounted remote control for versatility and convenience. With the all-metal, 3-stage planetary gear train, 300-amp solenoid, high-output, permanent magnet motor and marine grade remote control connectors, the PE3.5 (es) provides the durability and reliability you can depend on in the most extreme situations.
Installation
If you've ever been in a sticky situation on the trails where your vehicle was unexpectedly submerged in water or sinking into swampy mush, you know time is money when it comes to pulling yourself out. Getting your winch hooked up quickly and pulling yourself out faster can make the difference between zero vehicle damage and total loss. Mile Marker understands this, and has equipped this winch with a faster-operating line speed that can be fully varied as needs dictate. And since working at unusual angles is sometimes your only choice, longer periods of operation are required to angle out. To give the winch a longer period of operation when there's no time to spend waiting for overheated parts to cool down, its series wound motor is designed to draw less amperage and run cooler. For safety, it's also fitted with an integrated kill switch and an automatic load holding brake that keeps the clutch lever engaged, so there's no risk of the cable free-spooling back suddenly to set you further back.
