Powersports Swingarms & Components

No matter whether you use your side-by-side, quad, or snowmobile for carrying out some tasks on your property or simply take your machine to the woods, desert, or rocky mountains for hunting, fishing, or exploring new horizons and blazing new trails, you cannot exploit the full potential of your vehicle if its suspension does not perform at its best. Make sure that the suspension system of your UTV, ATV, or snowmobile is fine-tuned to match your specific requirements. You can install high-performance shock absorbers and springs, choose reinforced A-arms, swingarms, ball joints, and other suspension parts to achieve a well-balanced setup.

If you tend to ride in the rough off-road environment with a lot of rock climbing or sand dune bashing, the suspension of your powersports vehicle becomes especially susceptible to damages caused by metal fatigue and accelerated wear of ball joints and bearings. The solution to the problem is the installation of high-performance off-road suspension parts. Adjustable dampers allow you to change your suspension setup on the fly depending on the terrain ensuring their smooth operation. A lift kit with longer swingarms, springs, and shocks allows for greater ground clearance and suspension travel, which is great for crossing mud pits and crawling rocks.

For those who decided to rebuild the suspension of their machine, we can offer a wide variety of powersports swingarms and related components by some of the most well-known and well-respected manufacturing companies in the industry. We work with such trustworthy brands as TM Designworks, QuadBoss, Between the Lines Design, Modquad Racing, All Balls, and many others. Besides larger and stronger swingarms, here you can find an assortment of high-quality swingarm repair kits that include all of the bearings and seals needed for you to service the differential of your ATV or UTV. If something is broken, we can provide you with everything needed to fix the problem.

Also, we carry a great selection of rear carrier bearing sets, axle housings, bearing housing rebuild kits, swingarm pivot bolts, bearing kits, front swingarm super protectors, and much more. Besides that, we offer a huge collection of snowmobile suspension parts that you may need to make your sled run smoother and improve your riding experience. Note that when you install a longer swingarm on your ATV, you will need to use a longer drive chain and rear brake line as well. The swingarm super protectors offered in our store are impregnated with a special oil to reduce friction and drag so that the chain could easily slide on their surface.

Our strong but lightweight swingarm bearing carriers are made of billet aluminum and are easily adjustable. If you feel that the rear suspension of your quad became somewhat unstable, but your linkage and shock bearings are fine, then it is time to replace your swingarm bearings. Lift your ATV or place it on the stand and shake the rear axle. In this case, any movement of the swingarm is a sign of worn pivot bearings. If your old bearings have been rusted in place, you might need to use a bearing removal tool. Put your new bearings into a freezer for a day before installation to make them shrink a little. That way it would be much easier to force them into their housings.
