System 3 Off-Road warrants its ATV/UTV tire products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when properly installed and used for normal and intended purposes. This warranty is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated here. System 3 Off-Road’s liability for tires shall be limited to replacement with a new System 3 tire of the same size and type.
Limited Warranty for System 3 Off-Road ATV/UTV Tires
Applies only to the original consumer purchaser for 2 years from purchase date; warranty is NOT transferable. Warranty claims submitted after 2 years from purchase date will be reviewed individually, and any warranty adjustments will be made based on tread wear, solely at the discretion of System 3
Requires proof of purchase, including photo or scan of original sales receipt showing purchase date plus retailer name and contact information
Does not cover mounting and balancing charges
Does not apply to tires used in racing and competition
Does not apply to tires damaged by road and trail hazards - including punctures, cuts, and/or tears
Does not apply to tires damaged by overloading, under-inflation (often causing pinch flats), improper mounting, and/or fitment to incorrect rim
Does not apply to blem tires for cosmetic defects
There are no warranties either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. System 3 shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. No representative of System 3 Off-Road has the authority to make any representations of promises except as stated herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
System 3 Off-Road warrants its SB-3, SB-4, and ST-3 wheels to be free from structural failure, when properly installed and used for normal and intended purposes, for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS STATED HERE. System 3’s liability is limited to replacement of affected product with a new System 3 wheel of the same size and type. For warranty-affected wheels that have been discontinued or are no longer in production, System 3 will replace with a wheel of the same size and of a different style that is currently available and is agreeable to the customer.
Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty for System 3 Off-Road Wheels
Applies only to the original consumer as long as they own the wheels
Requires proof of purchase, including photo or scan of original sales receipt showing purchase date plus retailer name and contact information
Includes free wheel replacement not to exceed 1 set for each vehicle
Applies to bending or breaking that is NOT caused by broken or damaged driveline components, suspension components or other vehicle components
Applies ONLY to System 3 Off-Road wheels, not other vehicle components or parts
Does NOT cover damage to the cosmetic finish of any wheel. Scratches, blemishes and normal wear and tear (for example, “mud rash”) are not covered by this structural warranty
Does NOT cover mounting and balancing charges
Does NOT cover wheels that have been altered or modified
Does NOT cover damage (to wheel or machine) caused by lug nuts coming loose due to improper torque or fitment. It is the owner’s responsibility to torque the lug nuts to the recommended specifications outlined in the vehicle owner’s manual
Does NOT cover System 3 Off-Road wheels used in racing and sanctioned competition activity
Does NOT cover wheels when used with Light Truck (LT) type tires. All System 3 Off-Road wheels are designed for use with ATV and UTV tires only; System 3 Off-Road wheels are NOT compatible with LT-type tires. Use of LT type tires on any System 3 wheel will void this warranty
Does NOT cover bent, cracked or broken beadlock rings, or stripped or broken beadlock bolts. This warranty is limited to the wheel structure only
