Warranty

Custom wheel limited warranty

All wheels are warranted to the original purshaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal driving conditions, and intended use for a period of one year from tha date of invoice. See #4 below for steel wheel warranty expections.
This warranty shall be to repair or replace, at American Tire Distributors discretion, any wheel that is found to be, in our opinion, defective which has occurred under normal use.
Warranty shall not include any labor cost consequential expenses associated with warranty claim.
Clearcoat and chrome warranty on aluminum wheels is one year from the date of invoice. Paint and chrome warranty on steel wheels is 90 days. This warranty does not apply if: Wheel was damaged due to improper mounting and/or installation. Wheel shows signs of improper maintenance: lack of proper cleaning or use of chemical cleaners not designed specifically for use on the wheel finish. Wheel has been repaired or altered in anyway. Wheel is installed on vehicle other than those specifically listed for that application.
PVD "Ultra V Finish" or Physical Vapor Deposition is warranted to the original purchaser for two years from date of invoice. Due to the nature of the PVD process, some inclusions (air bubbles and /or fisheyes) may appear on each wheel in tha clear coat. These inclusions are normal. Inclusions are not considered to be a defect and do not affect quality or duration of the PVD finish. Proper cleaning and maintenance is required to maintan manufacturer warranty. Please refer to PVD care instructions on this page.
This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given by American Tire Distributors and is in lieu af all express warranties and any implied warranties, including those of marhant ability and use for particular purpose, to the extant of the law of tha state of sale and federal law allows. No warranty or representation by anyone other than American Tire Distributors shall be binding on American Tire Distributors.
American Tire Distributors may, at It's sole discretion, with or without notice, modify or revoke any part of this warranty as is allowed by state and federal law.
