Bicycle tires begin with a base material called the ‘casing’. The casing is the backbone of the tire. It is a layer of fabric to which all other material is applied. The casing fabric comes in different types of constructions and has several different Threads Per Inch (TPI). Typically the lower the TPI, the more rubber needs to be applied to the material and hence a heavier constructed tire. The higher the number of TPI, the less rubber is typically applied, and hence, a lighter and more supple feeling tire to ride on.

Vee Rubber for Road King

They look so classic oldschool with my 16" King Spoke wheels! I've heard nothing but only positive reviews about this tires, so i just find the store with the best price. I think they are long lasting tires.
