Product Details

Connecting Rod Kit by Vesrah®. All Vesrah products are made in Japan. Vesrah connecting rods are of specialty steel that delivers excellent mechanical strength under high temperature conditions. Vesrah advanced-technology carbonization process gives the rods additional strength at stress points. The bearing housing surface of Vesrah connecting rods are precision machined; smoother than ice, surface irregularities are only measureable under the microscope. This smoothness gives you full piston range with minimum energy loss due to friction.

Warranty

Vesrah Co., Inc. warrants each Vesrah product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence or an accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed. The warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion.

This limited warranty is void if the user incorrectly uses the product; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from the vehicle manufacturer; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from Vesrah.

Extent of Warranty
If your Vesrah product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Vesrah Co, Inc. will replace the defective product with another Vesrah product. All claims are limited to the replacement of the Vesrah product.
Vesrah reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been properly complied with.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This warranty is exclusive of any other warranty, express or implied. For Vesrah products used in commercial applications and except where prohibited by applicable law, Vesrah expressly disclaims, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. The foregoing is the entire and exclusive liability of Vesrah and your exclusive and sole remedy for any damages or claims made in connection with the use of Vesrah products. Vesrah Co. Inc, shall in no event be liable for any indirect, contingent, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, including claims for damage to any engine, damage to any vehicle, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore some of the above limitations are inapplicable in such jurisdictions.
