Vesrah Co., Inc. warrants each Vesrah product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence or an accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed. The warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion.

This limited warranty is void if the user incorrectly uses the product; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from the vehicle manufacturer; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from Vesrah.

Extent of Warranty
If your Vesrah product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Vesrah Co, Inc. will replace the defective product with another Vesrah product. All claims are limited to the replacement of the Vesrah product.
Vesrah reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been properly complied with.

This warranty is exclusive of any other warranty, express or implied. For Vesrah products used in commercial applications and except where prohibited by applicable law, Vesrah expressly disclaims, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
