VIPER Elite and Max Series ATV/UTV Winches purchased after 10/01/2013
MotoAlliance warrants to the Original Purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of a VIPER Elite and Max Series winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch.

VIPER Midnight ATV/UTV Winches
MotoAlliance offers a one (1) year internal parts warranty for each new Viper Midnight winch against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials on all internal manufactured components.

VIPER Classic ATV/UTV Winches
MotoAlliance offers a limited six (6) month internal parts warranty for each new Viper Classic winch against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials on all internal manufactured components.
VIPER Recovery Winches
MotoAlliance warrants to the Original Purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of a VIPER Classic and Max Recovery winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch.

New cable assemblies and exterior parts are warranted against defects in original workmanship and materials. No warranty applies to exterior parts after initial use. The entire warranty is void if the winch is used in commercial/industrial applications other than front mount self-recovery.
The obligation under this warranty, statutory or otherwise, is limited to the replacement or repair of such part as shall appear to the manufacturer, upon inspection of such part, to have been defective in material or workmanship.
