5-YEAR WARRANTY

American Power Pull Corporation warrants for its Power Pull Winch Puller that it will repair or replace free any parts thereof found under normal use in the United States or Canada to be defect in factory materials or workmanship within sixty (60) months from the date of purchase at retail. This limited warranty is extended only to the first purchaser of this product and only for use by that purchaser for the product’s intended use.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

American Power Pull Corporation warrants to the original registered owner that the product is free from defects in original parts and workmanship for the life of the owner, provided the original owner is still the owner at the time a claim is made. American Power Pull will repair or replace the product at its discretion free of charge as long as it is determined that the product has been properly maintained and that any failure was not the result of product misuse or abuse.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
