Any outdoorsman, hunter, fisherman, or farmer appreciates his or her ATV, UTV, small tractor, or lawn care machine. A quad or side-by-side can give you a sense of freedom, the strong feeling of superiority from the ability to cross any ravine, log, or mud pit, climb steep rocky slopes, and carry out practical tasks around your property quickly and easily. Your machine can bring you a lot of joy when it works great, and to ensure its long and trouble-free service life, you have to take good care of it by cleaning it, performing regular maintenance and timely repairs if needed.
You can always resort to the help of a professional mechanic but bear in mind that you have to deliver your ATV or UTV to his or her shop, which is not always easy or possible. To save you much trouble and money, we recommend acquiring one of our powersports lifts that you will inevitably need to carry out service procedures. This much-needed tool allows you to raise your machine above the ground to make it easier to change oil, filters, tires, lubricate joints, and replace all worn-out or damaged components.
Just position your lift under your ATV or side-by-side, secure it with safety straps or locks, push the button or pedal, lift it, and you are good to go. Make sure that the load is centered promptly on the table or platform. The weight of the machine must be lower than the maximum load capacity of your powersports lift. If your lift is actuated by compressed air, you may need an external air compressor. When in the raised position, the lift table must be secured by a safety bar at all times, up until the moment you need to lower it.
Be careful while using the lift. Keep your hands and tools away from the undercarriage. Move your lift only in the lowered position. We don’t recommend you to ride your vehicle onto the lift. Use tie-down straps to secure your ATV or UTV on top of the platform before you start working on it. Some of our lift tables feature a deck hand with an integrated winch. It is designed to raise the front end of your ATV, tractor, or lawnmower to make maintenance procedures even more convenient. The winch is equipped with an automatic braking system for safety.
Besides pneumatic lifts, our online store offers a range of hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic models. Some of them come equipped with drop-down sections on the front and back sides of the lift platform allowing you to remove the wheels and carry out suspension repairs much easier. Some models feature special trays that retain spent oil, coolant, or brake fluid during maintenance keeping your garage floor clean. If you have previously purchased a lift table for your motorcycle that is too narrow to accommodate your quad or side-by-side, you can get a set of sturdy table extension plates that are easily mounted to the platform by using extension pipes and secured with safety pins.
