The fuel line of a typical ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or personal watercraft consists of tubing and hoses designed for delivering gasoline or diesel from the tank to the engine. This line can include a pressure regulator, pressure gauge, and filter. The main component of any powersports vehicle fuel line is the hose designed to withstand contacts with aggressive chemicals and oils and cope with stresses caused by extremely hot or cold temperatures. Low-quality hoses made from inferior materials may start degrading when used in vehicles equipped with high-pressure electronic fuel injection systems. Gasoline containing ethanol may also have a corrosive effect on some fuel lines.

The leaks in the fuel line of your powersports machine are not only annoying and unpleasant but also dangerous. Gasoline vapors are highly flammable and can ignite from a discarded cigarette, static electricity, or campfire spark. If you noticed a spot of gasoline on the ground under your machine or detected a strong gasoline smell, these are the signs of the leak that cannot be ignored. Fix your fuel delivery system yourself or contact a trusted mechanic as soon as possible. If your tank is dry and has no holes in it, then it is time to replace your fuel lines and hoses.

On the digital shelves of our online store, you can find a wide variety of fuel hoses made from different materials. Depending on the type of your fuel delivery system and the blend of gasoline that you fill into your tank, you may choose a suitable hose designed to last and perform well under high pressure, high or low temperature, vibration, and mechanical contacts with other parts. For example, you may choose a transparent polyurethane fuel hose that is not susceptible to chemical degradation, oxidation, tearing, kinking, and so on. Such a hose doesn’t lose its properties within its wide range of working temperatures.

Modern ethanol gasoline blends lead to degradation of regular rubber hoses which causes leaks in the system. Degraded rubber particles can start clogging injectors resulting in rough engine running. We offer high-quality fuel injection line hoses designed specifically for powersports applications. They are flexible, durable, and can be used in all kinds of gasoline and diesel fuel systems. Such a hose features five layers each of which is designed to resist different harmful factors. An inner, barrier tube can withstand chemically aggressive blends of fuel and features excellent high heat resistance. A thermoplastic layer is designed to create a barrier for vapor permeation.

A middle layer of adhesive material keeps the structure together and provides additional protection from aggressive chemicals. A textile spiral weave reinforces the hose to ensure outstanding pressure resistance. Such characteristics are especially valued in the systems featuring electronic fuel injection. An external cover protects the hose from extreme temperatures, abrasions, and ozone aging. Browse our online catalog to find a fuel hose that matches all of the required factory specifications. When replacing the fuel line in your vehicle, make sure not to exceed the minimum hose bending radius, avoid hose contacts with moving parts, and double check if the clamps are properly tightened.
