Well Worth the Wait
I ordered the 1,500 pound trailer at the end of July, 2020. I got a call within a couple of days from Customer Service, telling me that the manufacturer was out of stock and expected to be able to ship on 4 September. I was given a choice of waiting or getting a refund. Since these trailers were not in stock in any local stores, I decided to wait. I called on 8 Sept. as I had not heard anything about the unit being shipped, and the CS representative called the manufacturer and said that I should hear back within 72 hours. On 15 Sept. the rep told me that the item showed in stock, but there was no answer at the manufacturer. The trailer arrived on the 17th. Putting it together was fairly straightforward - good directions and a parts layout that made it hard to mess up which bolt or spacer to use. The only issue is with the brackets that hold the axle to the trailer side - the holes do not line up for all of the bolts. I have 3 of the 4 bolts in place, but I will need to drill out the holes (one on each side) that are misaligned. Overall I don't think it is a big issue, but it would have been nice to have it all align. The trailer is well balanced - easily lifted and rolled around. Considering the weight of the trailer that is a very nice feature. This is also a perfect height for the ATV hitch (Honda Rancher). The trailer is level when connected, and that helps to keep it quiet. This is the quietest trailer I have had. The little bit of noise that it does make is masked by the noise of the ATV. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a utility trailer that will stand up to whatever you can throw at it. More importantly I recommend looking for any of your Power Sport equipment and accessories right here. The customer service cannot be beat. Great people and great products. I will be buying from them again
