With the all-metal, 3-stage planetary gear train, 300-amp solenoid, high-output, permanent magnet motor and marine grade remote control connectors, the PE2.5 (es) provides the durability and reliability you can depend on in the most extreme situations.

To give the winch a longer period of operation when there's no time to spend waiting for overheated parts to cool down, its series wound motor is designed to draw less amperage and run cooler. For safety, it's also fitted with an integrated kill switch and an automatic load holding brake that keeps the clutch lever engaged, so there's no risk of the cable free-spooling back suddenly to set you further back.
