Warranty

What the Warranty Covers: This warranty covers Ultimax MAX, Ultimax PRO, and Ultimax XS snowmobile drive belts and Ultimax HQ, Ultimax UA and Ultimax XP drive belts for ATVs, UTVs and SxSs. The belts are warranted to conform to the brand’s specifications and be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Period of Coverage: This warranty remains in force for one year (on Ultimax MAX, Ultimax PRO, Ultimax XS, and Ultimax HQ belts) or two years (on Ultimax UA belts) or three years (on Ultimax XP belts) after the date the belt was originally purchased.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover any belt that was (1) improperly installed; or (2) installed on the wrong machine; or (3) used on a machine in which the drive system was modified or not in good repair; or (4) intentionally cut or damaged; or (5) used for racing.

Please Note: The brand’s liability under any express or implied warranty is limited to replacement of the belt. It’s not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of, and the brand disclaims, all other express or implied warranties (including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) and all other obligations or liabilities. Insofar as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, the brand limits the duration of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty, and the remedy to the product replacement described below.

Who is Covered: This warranty covers the purchaser of the belt and anyone else that owns the belt during the warranty period.

What the Brand Will Do: The brand will replace the belt if you send a claim that meets the conditions described below.

What the Brand Will Not Do: The brand will not repair the belt or refund your purchase money.

How State Law Relates to the Warranty: Some states do not permit limitations on the period of an implied warranty and do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may vary according to the state/province in which the owner is located.
