Suzuki Powersports Maintenance

Powerful and incredibly fast motorcycles, reliable outboard marine engines, and utility all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) – the history of all these products would be impossible to imagine without Suzuki. Many of these machines would never function or look like they do now without the achievements of this famous Japanese company. ATVs can be used in many kinds of activities. It can be farming, hunting, ranching, or trail riding; you can perfectly combine practical use and leisure riding. By unveiling the first four-wheeled ATV in the world, the QuadRunner 125, back in 1983, Suzuki initiated the new production category of such machines. Many other companies have entered this market since then, but Suzuki with its technical and styling innovations and long-term experience is still among the leaders in this sphere.

Three years after the introduction of the first QuadRunner 125, Suzuki unveiled the QuadRunner 4WD (LT-4WD) featuring four-wheel drive and elaborate transmission with a front differential lock. These systems gave increased possibilities for a variety of agricultural and outdoor uses. Striving for perfection, Suzuki continued to develop and enhance this model; as a result, the Kingquad (LT-F4WDX) was launched in 1991. If compared to the predecessor, the Kingquad received a larger engine (280cc instead of 246cc), oil cooler, bigger wheels, and featured improved capacity and capability. During the 2000s, Suzuki implemented lots of other innovations and improvements such as an electronic fuel injection system, fully independent suspension, electronic power steering, CVT-type automatic transmission, etc. The QuadRacer R450 was created in 2006 using an invaluable experience and knowledge of Suzuki in motocross and was meant specifically for racing competitions. This ATV features a fuel-injected four-stroke engine, special sturdy construction with wide front A-arms, and rear wheels of a smaller diameter. The later model, the Kingquad 500AXi 4x4 features high performance, easy handling, and comfort.
